While in Canada, she also worked closely with First Nations, and did voluntary coaching for a number of charity organizations helping young people on their path.
Both her working and personal life have contributed to her global experience and perspective, having lived and worked in UK, Canada, France, Ukraine, Germany, Holland, South America, and South Africa - which has brought an appreciation and understanding of cross-cultural communication, management and the complexity of working in diverse challenging environments.
Now back in her native England, she consults and coaches for a range of clients, including professional services, third sector (charity), e-commerce, Fintech, Ecotech, and talent development organisations, as well as being a Spectiv (DecisionWise) coaching partner. Feel free to connect with Sarah on LinkedIn (www.linkedin.com/in/navcraft), where you can find out more about her background.

In her work, she takes a holistic view, focusing on the bright spots, as well as development opportunities, using positive and collaborative approaches. She believes we can reach our goals more effectively by working together: bringing authenticity, understanding one another, and embracing diversity, communicating well, and collaborating effectively.
